t’s a great and endless debate, the question of whether Peruvian food in the United States could ever capture the same flavors reached by the plates served in the actual country in the southern hemisphere. Some say, you have to be there to achieve the exact flavor.
Perú Fusión Food and Pisco Festival 2015 is about to challenge that.
Perú Fusión 2015 takes place tomorrow in Montclair, New Jersey, United States at the Montclair Art Museum and it’s going to be delicious.
The festival takes place tomorrow, June 20, Saturday from 1:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. for Adults 21 years of age and older only and will serve food and pisco from the finest New York and New Jersey has to offer.
Participating chefs include, Emmanuel Piqueras, Miguel Aguilar, among others, and personalities such as Chela Marroquin and Christian Salinas.
Restaurants participating include Surfish Bistro from Brooklyn, Raymi Peruvian Kitchen from Flatiron District, and the Desnuda Wine Bar & Cevicheria of Brooklyn, among others. While Pisco participants include Pisco 100, Pisco Porton, Pisco Santiago, Queirolo, Machu Pisco, Cerveza Cusqueña, and Darwin Brewery Co.
