Tourist and Business visa exception for citizens of the People’s Republic of ChinA

Citizens of the People’s Republic of China are exempt from Tourist and Business Visas as long as they hold a valid ordinary passport and fall under one of the following categories:

a) Holders of a valid visa with a minimum of 6 months validity from: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia or from a country that is part of the Schengen area.

 

 

b) Permanent residents from: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia or from a country that is part of the Schengen area.

The maxium length of stay will be of one hundred and eighty days (180), to be counted on a single consecutive visit, or on multiple consecutive visits within a 6 month period.

Pacific Alliance framework agreement
(Republic of Chile, Colombia, United States, Mexico and Peru)

Peru will waive normal the tourist visa requirements for citizens from developing countries that hold permanent residency in one of the countries in the Pacific Alliance.

 

Temporary visa exemption for citizens from the Schengen area.

Citizens from countries that are part of the European Union and part of the Schengen Area will be exempt from visa requirements for: business, journalist, and student visas.

 

The maximum length of stay will be of one hundred and eighty days (180), to be counted on a single consecutive visit, or on multiple consecutive visits within a 6 month period.

 

 

The maximum length of stay will be of ninety days (90), to be counted on a single consecutive visit, or on multiple consecutive visits within a 6 month period.
